WELCOME TO LUXURY INVESTMENTS!
Property in Spain is an investment for the future!
Our main selling area is the Orihuela Costa, from Punta Prima to Campoamor. The Orihuela Costa is a coastal region situated on the South Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante. It is situated close to the border with Murcia and the beautiful Mar Menor. It is an ideal destination for those looking for a family beach holiday with over 16 kilometres of diverse coastline and beautiful beaches. It is also an excellent choice for golfing holidays, in fact the Orihuela Costa is well equipped for all your holiday requirements, with amenities, facilities and leisure attractions in abudance.
The area covers several seaside resorts including Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras. Prestigious golf developments such as Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Colinas and Las Ramblas are situated just a few kilometres from the coast, where the complexes have a charming Mediterranean village feel, with apartments, townhouses and villas, with all the amenities you could wish for, including shops, cafes, bars and quality restaurants.
All year long the weather is beautiful with more than 300 days of sunshine.
The regional mountains that surround the area protect from cold winds so the climate remains dry and warm most of the time. Even in winter, the temperatures are between 14º – 20º degrees and summer temperatures are in the region of 30º-35ºC, producing an excellent summer heat.
Among the points of interest in the region, you can visit and enjoy the most remarkable lagoons, spectacular salt lakes, miles of orange, lemon, almond & olive groves and the beautiful nature reserves, a haven for bird watchers and wildlife lovers.
The regional trademarks are the famous palm trees and flora which can be seen decorating the landscape everywhere, especially in the historical town of Elche which boasts the largest collection of palm trees in Europe.
On the other hand, large built up industrial estates are not commonly found in the area, as they can be harmful to the local nature reserves and environment.
It is widely known that the south Costa Blanca region is one of the most healthiest places in the world to live.
